What we read, where it sits, how long it stays, and how to make it go away.
The data controller is MB Mante strategy, registered in Lithuania (company code 308095245, registered office Liepų g., Klaipėda, Lithuania), operating ManteIQ at manteiq.com. Contact for anything in this policy: info@manteiq.com.
Two kinds of data. Account data — your name, email, billing details and Telegram chat ID. Business data — the metrics we read from the sources you connect.
Every connection uses read-only scopes. ManteIQ cannot spend money, change a campaign, edit your shop, or post anything. We do not request customer contact details, and we do not read them if a platform offers them.
Data is stored in the European Union, encrypted at rest and in transit. Access tokens are held in a separate encrypted store. A small number of named staff can access production systems, and every access is logged.
Metrics are kept for thirteen months so that year-on-year comparisons work, then deleted. Disconnect a source and its tokens are destroyed immediately; its stored metrics are deleted within thirty days.
Delete your account and your sites, connections, tokens and stored metrics go immediately, not within thirty days. What remains is the delivery and error log lines with the account link removed, and invoices we are required to keep for tax purposes.
We do not sell data and we do not use your business data to sell anything to anyone else. The processors we rely on are limited to hosting, error monitoring, payments (Stripe), email delivery, and the language model that writes the briefing text.
Data sent to the language model is used to produce your briefing and is not retained for training.
When you connect Google Search Console, Google Analytics or Google Ads, ManteIQ receives reporting data from Google APIs under the read scopes you approve on Google's consent screen. That data is used for one purpose: producing your briefings, dashboards and alerts inside ManteIQ.
ManteIQ's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@manteiq.com and we will respond within thirty days. If you are unhappy with the answer, you can complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI, vdai.lrv.lt) or your local EU supervisory authority.
