Data and permissions

The specifics behind the two pages above — what each connection grants and what it cannot do.

Scopes we request

Each platform is connected through its own consent screen. You will see these scopes named there; nothing beyond them is requested.

Google Search Console — read site performance data.
Google Analytics 4 — read reports.
Google Ads — the standard Google Ads API scope (Google offers no read-only variant), used exclusively to read campaign performance. ManteIQ never creates or changes campaigns, bids or budgets.
Meta Business — read ads insights and page insights.
Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop — read orders and products.

Revoking access

Disconnect from Sources in the web app, or revoke ManteIQ directly in your Google, Meta or shop admin. Either route takes effect immediately and the next briefing simply omits that source.

03

Why the numbers differ

Your shop counts a sale when money is taken. Meta counts it against the ad someone saw, typically within a seven-day click window. Analytics uses its own model and its own session boundary. All three are correct by their own definition and will not reconcile.

ManteIQ labels every figure with its source, and when two sources disagree materially the briefing says so rather than averaging them into a number that means nothing.

04

Rankings, honestly

ManteIQ does not run a rank tracker. Positions come from Search Console, which reports an average position across impressions — affected by location, personalisation and device mix. It is reliable for direction over weeks, unreliable for a single day.

05

Delivery and security

Briefings are delivered through Telegram to the chat you link during setup. Anyone in that chat can read them, so use a private chat unless you intend to share. Linking a new chat requires signing in to the web app.

Questions about any of this?Write to info@manteiq.com and a person answers, usually the same day.
