Plain terms for a read-only reporting tool. If something here is unclear, ask before you agree to it.
ManteIQ is operated by MB Mante strategy, a small partnership registered in Lithuania (company code 308095245, registered office Liepų g., Klaipėda, Lithuania). Contact: info@manteiq.com. These terms are a contract between you and MB Mante strategy.
ManteIQ connects to accounts you already own, reads the data in them, and sends you a written summary on a schedule you choose. It does not buy media, change settings, publish content, or contact your customers.
The service is the briefing. The web app exists to set it up and change it.
You are responsible for who has access to your account and to the Telegram chat the briefing is delivered to. Anyone in that chat sees the same numbers you do.
ManteIQ reports what the connected platforms report. Those platforms disagree with each other, particularly on attribution: Google Analytics, Meta and your shop each count a sale differently, and the gap is routinely more than thirty percent.
Where numbers conflict, ManteIQ shows both rather than choosing one. Ranking figures come from Search Console averages, which approximate position rather than measure it. Do not treat the briefing as an audited financial record.
The first thirty days are free and do not ask for a card. After that, plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe, who process the payment and hold the card details — we never see or store a card number.
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing or by sending /stop to the bot; the service runs to the end of the paid period and does not renew.
We do not offer refunds for part-months, but if ManteIQ failed to deliver briefings you paid for, write to us and we will sort it out.
You can disconnect any source at any time, or delete the account yourself from Settings → Account. Deleting cancels a running subscription first, then removes your sites, connections and stored data at once. We may suspend an account for non-payment, or where use of the service breaks the law or the terms of a connected platform.
ManteIQ is an information tool. Decisions you make on the strength of a briefing are yours. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
